Our graphite bipolar plates are machined from dense, impermeable graphite grades to provide reliable gas separation, electron conduction and thermal management within PEM fuel cell stacks. The precision-milled flow-field channels ensure uniform reactant distribution across the active area, improving stack efficiency.
Custom flow-field patterns (parallel, serpentine, interdigitated) and stack sizes available. Materials tested for corrosion resistance in acidic environments per ISO 23274.
