Precision-machined from high-purity isostatic graphite, these crucible holders are designed for use in Czochralski (CZ) silicon crystal pullers. The material offers excellent dimensional stability at high temperature, low contamination potential and compatibility with the quartz SiO₂ crucible it supports.
Available in standard semiconductor wafer sizes (4", 6", 8", 12") with custom dimensions on request. Surface treatment and purification to < 5 ppm total ash available.
