Carbon-Carbon (C/C) Composite Plate
Carbon fibre reinforced carbon matrix composite. Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, thermal stability to 3000 °C and low CTE. For hot press dies, furnace fixtures and aerospace tooling.
Carbon-Carbon (C/C) composites consist of carbon fibres embedded in a carbon matrix, combining the high-temperature strength and stiffness of graphite with the toughness of fibre reinforcement. They retain their mechanical properties up to 3000 °C in inert or vacuum environments, making them ideal for the most demanding high-temperature applications.
Available as 2D, 2.5D and 3D weave structures in plate, rod, tube and net-shape forms. Surface treatments including SiC coating and PyC densification available.
